Abstract:
Electronic components are an important foundation for the composition of commercial aircraft airborne equipment. COTS (Commercial Off-The-Shelf) electronic components are widely used and have a broad range of applications. They are also the primary choice for component selection in commercial aircraft airborne equipment. However, COTS electronic components are not initially designed with commercial aircraft application environments. It is necessary to study the safety issues of COTS electronic components in light of the characteristics of commercial aircraft application scenarios. The goal of the paper is to use domestic COTS electronic components for core and key components of the airborne equipment. Firstly, the safety requirements at the equipment and component levels, as well as the product requirements of the components, are recognized. Secondly, the thinking paradigms and technical challenges is analyzed. For the core and key issues, the attributes and management techniques required for high-safety components are proposed. The design assurance techniques for the use of components are explored. Finally, a three-stage technology development roadmap is proposed, which is from three aspects, that are component technology research, application technology research, and management technology research.
